Heidi Klum may not be in the full-time business of being a supermodel anymore, but she can still turn heads as if she never left the runway. Klum posted a new sexy video on her Instagram, which you can see below, which showcases her long legs in fishnet stockings. The model/host showcased her new sparkly and sexy outfit while attending a drag queen brunch show in Las Vegas, which looks like it was a ton of fun.

Heidi Klum is clearly still a fan favorite, as she continually appears as a host on the hit competition show, America’s Got Talent. The current season has brought on all the winners or near winners from past seasons to challenge one another in what is called America’s Got Talent: All-Stars. The offshoot competition series is likely not going to overtake the main series, but Klum is an integral part of both.
Interestingly, Heidi Klum is also a bit of a singer, though we are not sure how successful she is currently. Her latest single is “Chai Tea with Heidi” which was released early in 2022. The song features the likes of legendary rapper Snoop Dogg, and a DJ duo that goes by Wedding Cake.
Heidi Klum’s return to singing is something that many thought would never happen, but we applaud her for going out and having fun while doing so. Klum also released a song called “Wonderland” back in 2006, so it has taken her quite a long time to return to singing. Klum has dominated the modeling world, so why not try and make music?
Heidi Klum certainly radiates positivity wherever she is, and that was the case for a recent episode of America’s Got Talent. Klum convinced curmudgeon host, Simon Cowell, to take a selfie with her. The video was posted on her Instagram page and showcases Cowell making a funny face, while Klum looks on in all her beautiful glory, as she asks the man if this is his “first selfie.”
As previously mentioned, America’s Got Talent: All-Stars is currently happening right now, which has seen the competition bring back some of its recent winners and runners-up. Surprisingly missing from the list of usual hosts (Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel) for the show is Sofia Vergara, who may have had some scheduling conflicts. Vergara has also become a fan-favorite host, though we are not sure why she was not asked to be part of the new offshoot competition series.
Heidi Klum is currently 49 years old, but she is still an outstandingly beautiful woman that knows how to have fun, which has been showcased plenty on her social media pages. In fact, she decided to ditch her beautiful looks and shock everyone by dressing up as a giant worm for Halloween, which was as frightening as much as it was hilarious. Klum is a fantastic celebrity in our book, and she sure knows how to shock the world in more ways than one.

Chris, I’d like to welcome you to the TWIA team. And as it’s somehow become a tradition for us to jump in new members with something horny that is tangentially related to their interests, I figure what better place to start than a show that gave us Fucky Transformers?

Turns out the crew that would go on to give us a whole series starring Transformers gijinkas knew exactly what I wanted even back in the ancient past of 2010.

Yep, somehow against all odds, the Half-Life 3 of anime sequels was announce a Trigger’s big Anime Expo panel. Which gave us a nice excuse to revisit that crew’s last big hurrah before they left Gainax from way back at the turn of the last decade.

And if any of our readers have never heard of this one, do not let the Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi aesthetic trick you. This column’s probably gonna need age gating for a very good reason.

Amazing that a show that seemed tailor-made for Adult Swim probably has enough content in its dialogue and action that it would have been too spicy to air on Adult Swim.

Seriously though, do not read this on your work’s wi-fi. Even the visualized sound effects are enough to get you called into HR.

Meanwhile, we’re combing through these episodes getting screenshots of the frames of those characteristic criminal captions specifically FOR work. This is a series that supposedly has over 400 swear words over the course of its script, and while I don’t think we need to match that level in column form, readers will definitely be getting a taste of that salty language.

As well as a taste of salty…other things.

Yeah, so if you’re new to Hiroyuki Imaishi, or only know his work through (relatively) more restrained recent stuff like Promare, just know this show is essentially a distilled, concentrated shotgun blast of what defined his reputation among anime fans for a good long while. Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is less a traditional television show and more an excuse for the rowdy house of Gainax to see how angry they could make TV censors. And the answer was Very.

The story goes that Imaishi and his Funky Bunch went out after finishing up Gurren Lagann, getting a bunch of drinks to unwind. As you do, they started throwing out ideas for what their next series was going to be, coming up with the concepts of the main characters ‘Panty’ and ‘Stocking’, and just generally getting as rowdy and raunchy with their ideas as they could.

What followed was essentially the biggest remaining names at Gainax playing The Penis Game with their boss’ money. And while it’s not exactly aged perfectly, it’s undeniably a unique creation that could only come from these creators at that particular point in their careers.

Imaishi’s “Sex and Violence at Machspeed” approach to animated action has always driven his ability to just go hog-wild at putting his id on screen in projects, and it shows in Panty & Stocking’s…unique kinds of content.

And the crew’s love of western animation and comics comes through in the visual style.
Do you get the idea that maybe the people who added this dog sidekick into the show enjoy the works of Jhonen Vasquez?

If I remembered anything about Invader Zim I would make a joke here, but the only part of that series still in my brain is just Gir saying “duty”. So here’s a giant turd instead of a punchline.

Which…pretty much sums up the effectiveness of the ‘humor’ part of PSG’s sense of humor, in my opinion. Even back in 2010, when a younger, more-easily-amused me got totally sucked into the show, I never really thought it was especially funny. This is a show that basically has one joke, and that joke is “What looks like a mid-2000’s Cartoon Network production has a bunch of swearing and boning.”

It’s an approach that effectively leaves you with the early spectacle of something like South Park (which the crew at Gainax were also noticeable fans of) but without any of the attempts at satire, and even beyond the parts that have since aged poorly, never made for the laugh-a-minute content it was so clearly shooting for.

I think by around episode five I’d started mentally calling it Nightcore South Park. It harkens to the early seasons of that show where they’d build entire episodes around “this is a talking piece of poop who speaks like a children’s mascot” and just riff on that, but PSG does that in half the time at twice the speed. Like literally the first half-episode it about the main characters fighting a poop ghost…

When purchasing thigh-high stockings, one of the most important things to consider is the material. You wear stockings against your skin, so you’ll want them to feel good. Two of the most common materials used in stockings are nylon and spandex. Tights with higher percentages of spandex will be stretchier. Sometimes, tall people or people with larger bodies prefer them for this reason. On the other hand, nylon makes hosiery feel silky and soft.
You can find thigh-high stockings available in many colors. Some of the most common include shades of black and a variety of skin tones. If you know the outfit you want to complete, you can match it to the tights you buy with more unique colors or a mesh pattern.
Thigh-high stockings also differ in other ways. Some of them appear shinier and some are closer to sheer. While lace is the most common design on the top, some people prefer solid color or another design.
Most thigh-high stockings are stay-up, meaning they have a non-sticky adhesive material at the top, so they don’t slide down your legs. However, for others, you’ll need a garter belt and straps to keep them up. This is a bit more complicated, but you don’t have to worry about the adhesive loosening (especially if you sweat) or the tights slipping down while you wear them.

Every morning before high school, a collective expletive could be heard in the air above my small hometown in the 1950s and early 60s as girls twisted and shouted themselves into their nylons.Legs old enough to shave were old enough to be covered in nettings of woven nylon that stopped at the thigh. A thick, ugly band signaled the end of that sheerness; this was where things got serious. The nylons didn’t stay up there themselves — they needed a garter belt. The garter belt was designed for one purpose — to give the tops of your nylons something to connect to.

After carefully fitting the toe line evenly across your toes and making sure the heels of the nylons were in the back and not bagged out over your ankle, the pulling process began.
Grabbing a big hunk of material with both hands, we yanked them up. When our calves began to ache and our toes started to curl under, we stopped.
The floppy top of the hose (another word for them) hung around our thigh like a fireman’s boot at a street corner charity drive. It was important to hold onto that top, so we didn’t have to start all over.
With our garter belt already wrapped around our waist and secured, we were ready to make our connections. The belt had metal hooks — two in the front and two in the back — that hung like little gun holsters for teeny outlaws.
White, rubbery buttons wiggled like turkey wattles behind the hooks, waiting to trap the nylons between the holsters.
There isn’t a woman who grew up when I did who doesn’t remember the feel of those nickel-sized buttons against her flesh. They tattooed both sides of our legs with deep circles; the back ones were agony after sitting most of the day.
We only endured them because our vanity exceeded our pain thresholds.
It was also necessary, throughout the day, to tighten your nylons. They bagged and twisted as the day wore on, making your legs look like Grandma’s elbows. It was off to the bathroom to unhook, pull, and re-hook your nylons to your garter belt.
By the time the last bell rang, the elastic of your garter belt had been stretched and pulled and tightened to its absolute limit. You twanged when you walked like Paul McCartney’s guitar, and David’s slingshot paled in comparison to the weapon potential you had strapped around your waist.
The speed and power of a loose garter hook, if it were to be used for evil instead of good, could easily blind or maim passersby with one flex of a thigh.

After sitting all day in those slide-in wooden desk/chair combos in each classroom; after pep rallies on unyielding bleachers; by the time the bus rattled its way to our stops on its square wheels—our thighs were dented deeply enough to stack coins into the holes the garter belt fasteners had carved.
We didn’t complain much about the discomfort of garter belts and nylons. We considered it part of our gender’s lot in life.
If Jackie Kennedy and our favorite movie stars could stand it, we could, too.
Pantyhose finally became the fashion norm in the mid/late 60s. We wriggled into our miniskirts confidently, knowing no hooks or bare thighs would peek from under our tiny hems. Boys sighed a sad little sigh of regret, but the sound was only faintly heard beneath the swish of covered thighs packed into pantyhose that fit like flesh-colored Chinese Handcuffs.
The Good Old Days. Boy, am I glad they’re gone.
