The best option is to match your shoes to your tights. This helps elongate and continue the line of the leg. This is especially true for petites, because a dress or skirt, colored tights, and then a different colored shoe, breaks the body up and makes you look shorter. The other option is to wear tall boots with a pair of colored tights (boots should be just below or at the knee).
