Hailey’s inclination towards sheer fabrics (like her recent jellyfish minidress) and nods to lingerie (like the exposed thong detail on her New Year’s Eve LBD) have not abated. For the celebration, Bieber wore a black strapless bandage dress with tool and lace panels, which she paired with a set of black cutout stockings, creating a built-in garter strap effect.  The model kept jewellery to a minimum and wore her hair slicked back into a ballerina-inspired bun with face-framing strands kept loose.
