Being a pro athlete and all, Serena clearly gets a solid workout from her training on the court. But she dropped a video on Instagram back in May 2020 that showed her 30-minute “warm-up” alongside her sister, Venus Williams. The sisters worked their way through neck rolls, hip-opening exercises, yoga-style arm stretches, and leg stretches. And, at the end, Serena announced, “I’m going to go do some cardio,” because of course she did.

A few months later, Serena shared a TikTok video of her cardio workout, which included interval ladder training, abs work with a resistance band, weighted jump squats, box jumps, a series of plank variations, and more.
Naturally, Serena eats well, too. She previously told Women’s Health that her philosophy is “eat to live. Don’t live to eat.” She added, “I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I’m eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff.”

While Serena tends to skip breakfast (“When I roll out of bed, I’m just not hungry,” she shared), she usually will have some kind of greens and a protein, like a bean burger, for lunch.
