yeah, i wear my short jean shorts with black or blue tights and ugg boots or flats.
it looks pretty cute.
tights can go under dresses or skirts or tunic tops.

Actually everything depends on if you have long slim legs or short chubby ones. If you are tall, go for it, if not just stick to jeans.
